This series presents comprehensive statistical information on real property (buildings) leased by state agencies from private, non-state sources. Included are a transmittal letter to the Legislative Committee on Public Accounts and exhibits which detail (1) a summary of real property leases, (2) a summary of space leased office and office storage, (3) a listing of office space leased in Montgomery, (4) real property leases with cost increases of 20% or more, (5) a comparison of leased space between the first day of the current and previous fiscal year, (6) a summary of leases by lessor and location, (7) a detailed listing of real property leases, and (8) departmental references. Tables identify the cost per square foot, annual cost, and lease provisions. Earlier reports contain similar but less information.
